The report will be written in plain English and will be straightforward. I want it to be a document that you will use regularly, not one that will be hidden in the drawer once I’ve left. It will include your customer personas (to help you visualise who you are targeting), review of current activities including your website and social media presence, recommendations for additional activities, or, how you can improve your current activities, details of keywords / hashtags for you to utilise and a 12 month suggested calendar of activity for you to implement.
I usually send the report to you by email so that you have time to review it and we can then meet again to discuss and answer any questions you may have.
And that’s not the end of the process. I follow up with you on a regular basis to see how things are going and answer any further questions you may have. We can adjust the plan accordingly depending on how things are going.
